DEALING WITH HEARTBREAKS

Love is such a beautiful thing that can ever happen to anyone. The love that I am talking about here is the boyfriend and girlfriend kind of love (you know what i mean). In this you get to feel your life revolving around that person and you start seeing fantasies, maybe the two of you getting married or having a family. We all have dreams concerning our relationships right? That,s so normal. Unfortunately the unexpected whirlwind can just pop in and distract the relaxed red roses.

It gets so painful to see things getting bitter between you and your self supposed "love of your life". Its so difficult to control the feeling. You feel like the whole world is falling apart just on you only. Of course I know the feeling. I have been there too. Its a crazy world sweetheart and a lot happens around us and as bad as it may sound that is LIFE. Dealing with a heartbreak has never been easy for anyone. Some people tend to lose themselves, rush into doing stupid and silly things and some even fail to fight the feeling of worthlessness. Today I just want to share 5 ways that i believe work miracles when it comes to heartbreaks, you can use.

FORGIVE

Forgive the person who hurt you and that way you will allow the scar to heal. There is no need to hold any grudge against them as that will affect your moving on. I personally highly recommend forgiveness as the first step one has to take to dealing with a heartbreak. Forgive yourself as well. Some people tend to turn the blame onto themselves and start feeling guilty. Take time to forgive yourself as well.

HONESTY

Be honest with yourself. I believe that all of us when our relationships break, we know the actual cause. Choose to be honest with yourself and if it is your mistake that caused the breakup then try to think of how you can avoid that in your next relationship. We all make mistakes after-all but we need to be honest with ourselves to be able to move on from those mistakes and learn from them.

SELF DISTRACTION

Find things to do to keep yourself busy like house chores, hobbies e.g music, playing games etc, study and many other things. You best know what you love to do most, then go for it that will be your comfort as your heartbreak scar continues to heal.

ERASE ALL NEGATIVE THOUGHTS

Do not allow any negative thought to own your mind, you got other better things to be thinking of. Negative thoughts will not make you feel better but will rather widen the scar and I'm sure no one wants that. Your number one priority is to heal from this pain so no need to continue to dig deeper into things that will only continue to hurt you believe me.

ACCEPTANCE

Accept what has happened and move on there is no need to continue holding on to the pain.

I hope these 5 methods will help you get over the heartbreak quicker as they alway help me get over my own heartbreaks. Please leave comments below on anything you want to say or even if you have anything you want me to write about.
